The staff was very friendly and approachable. I received a free upgrade to attached rooms with a sea view. the pool was well maintained and near the beach and rooms. Breakfast had western and local options.
The gym offered limited equipment, just two treadmills, a bike and weights in a confined space.

Decent Stay , Some Minor Issues

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and well kept with plenty of sunbeds. I also liked that towels could not reserve sunbeds before 9:30.
The room was on the top floor , and there was no elevator. I found the walk up and down difficult. The internet was slow. The towel service near the beach was inattentive. Getting assistance with the parasol was not easy.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service!

This was an amazing experience! The cleanliness was perfect. I particularly appreciated Nui, the housekeeper for room 5210 . She was so kind and attentive. I was surprised with a lovely birthday message and a special gift left on the bed, it was so touching.
The gym was rather small. It had only two treadmills, one cycle, and limited free weights. The space felt a bit confined. This.

The hotel has direct beach access. A 7/11 store across the road proved very useful for daily needs. The hotel's position is ideal, placing guests right in the heart of the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops.

The hotel offers two restaurants. One restaurant provides a buffet breakfast and à la carte meals in the evening. The second restaurant serves seafood for lunch and dinner, I was impressed with the great selection of Thai and western food. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room was spacious and included a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower and shelving for toiletries. Replenished toiletries were available daily. They smelled really nice. I loved the balcony with views of the pool and beach.

All the staff were lovely and respectful. A special thank you goes to Bea in the restaurants, for her really good service. Another mention for Mark, one of the restaurant trainees. They work hard to give amazing service and keep the place super clean!

Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

I found the staff helpful. They were really nice. My room was spacious and clean. the balcony was wonderfully large. I especially appreciated the easy access to both the beach and convenient stores. The location is superb. The lush gardens created a beautiful environment all around the area.
I noticed that some of the furniture in the room seemed a little outdated.

There are two swimming pools available, one designed for families and children, while the other is a larger pool. The larger pool is heated and includes a swim-up bar. The grounds also contain lush gardens with a wide variety of trees and plants.

This hotel boasts direct beach access and is also located near shops and restaurants. A Seven-Eleven and a money exchange service are conveniently located right in front of the entrance. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the center of Phuket.

horrendous bed condensated walls
the bed was horrendous and set up in a way i had never experienced . the air conditioner was hopeless , requiring adjustments past the marked settings to avoid freezing, yet the walls remained condensated. water bottles and bathroom products weren't replenished unless completely empty .
